View or Edit Related Asset Attributes

If the asset that you're viewing has any related objects, these can be edited from the Relationships tab. Any edits made in the Asset Viewer are applied to the geodatabase.

PREREQUISITES: The user must have Attributes or Geometry edit rights to edit attributes. See Add or Edit a Group in the Designer for 15.8 Guide for more information.

1. Click the Relationships tab.
2. Select the asset, or click Expand to reveal any related objects.
3. Select a related object and click Edit.

NOTE: The attributes that are displayed in the Asset Viewer and their formatting is configured in Designer under GIS > Asset Groups > Asset Form Configuration for each asset type. See Add an Asset Type in the Designer for 15.8 Guide for more information.

4. Edit the asset attributes as desired.
5. Click Save.

6. Click Return to stop editing attributes.
